Reiki

A Japanese energy technique based on the idea that life force energy flows through all of us and creates life, health, and joy. When life force energy is low, this can cause illness, stress, weakness, and energy depletion. Reiki is usually administered with light hand contact on the body or at a distance with the ability to reach through time and space. It may be used to address relationships, life situations, or dilemmas where life force energy is needed. Reiki blends well with most modalities and is simple and safe for all ages and conditions.
