My name is Esmé Brumer and I am excited to join the team at Goodland Chiropractic as a licensed massage therapist. I've lived in Santa Barbara for almost 10 years and love connecting with the nature here, especially by surfing, climbing, gardening, and foraging. Bodywork has always been a powerful way for me to connect with my own body, so it has been meaningful to offer caring, intentional, and specific touch to help facilitate body awareness and connectedness to people I work with. I enjoy working on the body from a holistic lens, taking into account the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing.
Modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Deep Bodywork, and Craniosacral Therapy
