Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have be used to support another patient. For this reason, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee(s).

For all new patient appointments, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your visit. If a new patient appointment is missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.
