15-Minute Session – (existing patients only)
Best for quick tune-ups and targeted support.
Ideal if you:

  • Need form correction on specific exercises

  • Want assisted stretching

  • Are maintaining progress between longer sessions

You’ll typically focus on 1–2 exercises or areas, with hands-on guidance to improve precision and activation.

30-Minute Session – (existing patients only)
A focused session to reinforce progress and introduce new work.
Ideal if you:

  • Want guidance on a small set of movements

  • Are building consistency in your routine

  • Need progression from previous exercises

Includes review plus 2–6 exercises or stretches, helping you safely build strength and mobility.

45-Minute Session – (existing patients only)
A balanced session for continued progress and deeper work.
Ideal if you:

  • Want a more comprehensive session without committing to a full hour

  • Are working on multiple areas of the body

  • Need both correction and progression

Includes review and 6–8 exercises, allowing time for coaching, refinement, and integration.

60-Minute Session – (existing patients only)
A full, well-rounded session for strength, mobility, and movement retraining.
Ideal if you:

  • Want a complete, guided workout

  • Are addressing multiple imbalances or pain points

  • Benefit from hands-on coaching and detailed feedback

Includes 8–12 exercises or stretches, with time to fully develop and reinforce proper movement patterns.

75-Minute Initial Session – (includes intake)
A comprehensive starting point for new clients or those needing a full reassessment.
Ideal if you:

  • Are new to functional movement training

  • Have chronic pain or complex movement concerns

  • Want a clear, structured plan moving forward

This session includes:

  • Full health history and goal setting

  • Posture and gait assessment

  • Movement pattern analysis (e.g., squat, sit-to-stand, overhead reach)

  • Range of motion evaluation

  • Personalized treatment plan

  • At least 2 take-home exercises

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body and a roadmap for progress.
