Fees & Payments
We have put together a list of our most common professional fees that are to be paid for at the time of service(s), rendered by the patient (or patient’s guarantor).
Payments accepted include: Cash, Personal Checks (made to ““Bellefeuille Chiropractic Corp”), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No travelers check.
We are not in network with any insurance providers but will produce a superbill of services rendered for the patient to get reimbursed for whatever coverage of chiropractic care that is on their plan.
*Missed Appointment with less than 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged 100% of scheduled appointment fee(s).
